Multiple sclerosis (MS) affects women of childbearing age, raising concerns for those planning pregnancy or who are currently pregnant. The objective of this presentation is to focus on the concerns commonly voiced by patients in our clinic, regarding multiple sclerosis and pregnancy. The presentation will provide an evidence-based guide on the safety of disease-modifying therapies during pregnancy and breast feeding, and the management of MS symptoms and relapse in pregnancy. The presentation serves as a practical resource for obstetric physicians, obstetricians and neurologists to facilitate informed decision-making.
